📅 2025 Rates
- Weekend Stay (2 Nights, Fri-Sat): $340 – $525
- Weekday Stay (Sun-Thurs): $85 – $150 per night
- Weekly Stays: Contact us for special rates!
- Discounted Rates: Available for stays before Memorial Day and after September 15th.
🛏️ Linen Service (Optional)
- $20 for 2 guests | $25 for 3-4 guests (Includes sheets, towels, bath mat)
🐾 Pet-Friendly Stays
- Pet Rent: $10/day per pet
- Prior approval required
💰 Deposit Requirements
- $170 deposit for Sky Watch, Birds Nest, Perch Here, and Tree House
- $200 deposit for Barefoot Bungalow
💳 Payment Options
We accept Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, and Zelle.
📌 Checks must be received at least 14 days before arrival to allow time for processing.

✅ Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Need a different time? Just call ahead and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
🚭 Smoking Policy
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cottages.
- You may smoke outside or on the porch—ashtrays are provided for your convenience.
🐶 Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome with prior approval and applicable pet rent.
👨👩👧👦 Occupancy Limit
- Each unit accommodates up to 4 guests unless otherwise arranged in advance. (7 in Barefoot Bungalow)
🧹 Check-Out Instructions
Before you leave, please:
- Tidy up and leave the space clean and neat.
- Turn off all electronics and lock the doors.
